Three layers — floor infrastructure, on-board hardware and a software platform — work together so that every movement, mission and process event is captured automatically, with nothing added to the goods themselves.

Transponders (shown here next to a 1 euro coin for scale) are installed in the flooring of the covered area. They require no power supply and no maintenance — they simply generate a position event every time a forklift passes over them.

The unit installed on each forklift reads transponders as the vehicle passes over them and calculates the position of the vehicle and its load in 3D — the raw feed that everything downstream is built on.

Every movement is recorded automatically and reported in real time on a platform that acts as a digital twin of the warehouse, integrated via API with the customer's existing ERP, WMS and MES.
The product is declared once, at first handling, with no barcode to scan.
The equipped forklift crosses the transponder-covered surface during normal operations.
The antenna calculates the exact position of the load and transmits it to the platform in real time.
Subsequent movements are recorded without manual input and synchronised with ERP/WMS.
Warehouse layout is never a constraint: Track+Race adapts to later layout changes and scales easily as new areas or vehicles are added, without rethinking the data infrastructure.
